The person signing the documents needs to have valid photo identification and you need to bring the document that needs to be notarized. We are able to print documents that you have on your device.

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Appointments are not needed. Although we do ask that you call ahead to make sure that someone is available to meet with you. You are more than welcome to to stop and knock on the door or ring the bell if you are in the area. If I am home, I am more than willing to assist you.

No. We are not licensed attorneys and are not authorized to provide legal advice of any kind. We may not practice law, draft legal documents, interpret document content, or help with or provide advice on filling out documents. If you require legal assistance you will need to contact a licensed attorney. 

Yes, you have to be present with valid photo identifcation in order to have a document notarized. No, someone else cannot sign on your behalf unless they have current power of attorney.

We are able to notarize the sellers signature on the back of the title as long as the seller has valid photo identifaction and the purchasers name and address. We are unable to notorize a title without purchaser information. We are unable to send the title to Penndot or issue  or transfer registration. You will need to go to a PennDOT authorized location to transfer the title or obtain registration.
